Ocean Grove Bowling Club is committed to the highest levels of member experience

Everyone entering Ocean Grove Bowling Club has a right to use the Clubs facilities in a safe, friendly, fun and inclusive environment. As members and guests you have a responsibility in creating and maintaining this environment.

At Ocean Grove Bowling Club, it is expected that you meet the following requirements:

1. Respect the rights, dignity and worth of others
2. Be fair, considerate and honest
3. Be professional and accept responsibility for your actions
4. Maintain professionalism, club standards and rules
5. Refrain from all forms of harassment

Penalties for breaches of the Code of Conduct will be appropriate to the seriousness of the misconduct.

IT REMAINS A CONDITION OF ENTRY INTO OCEAN GROVE BOWLING CLUB, THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO ANY PERSONS ENTERING INTO THE CLUB PREMISES;

  • Members – Must be a current financial Member of the Ocean Grove Bowling Club in accordance with the Club Rules and must present their Membership Card when requested to do so.
  • Guest of a Member – Must be signed in as a guest of a Member of the Club and remain the responsibility and in the company of that member for the duration of the visit.
  • Visitors – Must be an authorised Gaming Visitor which resides more than ten (10) kilometres radius from the Club.
  • All persons wishing to enter the Club – Must comply with the Ocean Grove Bowling Club’s Dress Code.
  • All Guests of a Member or Visitors – Must be able to produce acceptable identification as specified below and show proof of their residential address;

ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF AGE IDENTIFICATION

  • Australian Drivers License
  • Current valid Australian or International Passport
  • Victorian Proof of Age Card
  • Victorian Learners Permit
  • Keypass Card

To maintain the high standard enjoyed in our club, we request that the dress rules be abided by

THE FOLLOWING DRESS IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME

  • Bare Feet 
  • Hats (in gaming room)
  • Men's Singlets
  • Dirty/Soiled Clothing
  • Dirty Work Boots
  • Bathers

APPERANCE MUST BE CLEAN AND TIDY AT ALL TIMES
